It was a hospital project that included work on four different floors. The reinforced concrete structure of these plants was already built.

In two of the four floors 10 inpatient rooms, each with private bathrooms were built.
On the third floor 16 inpatient rooms with private bathrooms also were built. The fourth floor unit corresponds to the treatment of cancer patients. It has 6 rooms with private bathroom and support area.

In addition to the areas of admission, all plants include clean and dirty nursing, tisanerie, bathroom for staff, electrical and data panels room, storage. The last major stage of the project consisted on the construction of a area dedicated to Imaging Department of MUCAM (750 sq.m). This has several offices and 3 rooms specially built to X-ray. This phase also became an extension of 150 sq.m. for Intensive Care boxes and reinforced concrete structure for the expansion to higher floors.

Comment from the Head of Project:

Being a hospital construction was due to give special attention to the technical requirements of such facilities. One of the main challenges was to carry out the work assigned to them without affecting the functionality of the services.
