The first stage of the work involve pulling down all the existing premises and subsequently digging in order to reach the underground levels required by the project. 

The project includes:

• basements for parking lot and storage
• two levels for shops (including a food court)
• mezzanines for technical rooms
• cinemas and their halls
• supermarket

The frontage comprise different finishes such as glass facades, metal frames of color, conventional plaster, concrete, aluminum siding and limestone cladding.
