The first stage of labor EBITAL with Botnia, was the construction of the “Causticizing” building within the evaporation plant . This involved a volume of 13.000 CBM of concrete.

For the office building of the company, a concrete frame building was constructed and presented in rustic masonry itself (walls and plaster).

Another step was the implementation of a complex of 87 one-bedroom affordable housing in the neighborhood Fray Bentos 2000. The construction system used was prefabricated reinforced concrete panels and cover ISODEC.
