Ebital - Ingeniería y Construcción de grandes proyectos

CND (National Organization for Development) has put out to tender the final building work of the SODRE Performing Arts Centre.

The tender consisted on five sectors. Ebital worked in sectors A and B which are the most functional sectors of the building, and are indispensable for the smooth running of the centre: (rehearsal and dressing rooms). The centre has 2 big ballet rehearsal rooms, 2 choir rehearsal rooms, 2 rehearsal rooms for the orchestra, and 5 smaller rehearsal rooms for musicians and singers.
Besides providing the finishing requirements specific for their purpose (floating floors and acoustic walls and ceilings), unfinished installations must also be concluded (electric wiring, sanitary and heating fitting out), and the whole fire fighting system must be installed.

Comment of the site manager:

We face a new stage of this emblematic work in SODRE.
We already finished the previous stage, which is "Nelly Goitiño Hall" (Main Hall), as well as other public sectors.
We enjoyed very much in spite of the complexity of the work and the tight times of deadlines.

Our team is very proud for having been trusted to continue the execution of this huge construction.
