The work involves replacing buildings that suffered an accident in April 2013.

It was a paired set of buildings called "A-B-C-D", designed on metallic structure:

• Building A: included a core of offices develope on a lineal way in front of Presley St, Chaplin St and Einstein St. 

• Interior Street: The interior street separates the building called A of the ones called B, C and D. 

• A deck supported on the structures of buildings A on one side and the B, C and D on the other hand was placed.

• Building B - C - D: Replacement of a metal porch of the building C and the partial replacement of the deck that suffered damage during the fire.
