This is the construction of an 8.800 sq.m. industrial plant , with side enclosures and covered with ready-made concrete panels. Total cost of the work is U$S 2:000.000. It consists of a structure previously shaped concrete and reinforced concrete with surface hardener floor.

Chacteristics of the building work:

• 900 CBM of concrete in foundations
• 1056 CBM of concrete in floor
• 2632 tons of pre-shaped structure in total

Offices

Area: 935 sq. m.
Starting Date: May 2010
Finish Date: August 2010

This work includes the construction of buildings for the offices, changing rooms, caffeteria and kitchen of the Plant Yazaki Uruguay S.A.

The plant has an area of 950 sq. m., external walls of reinforced concrete, interior ones in plaster and a light cover of self-supporting metal sheet.

Comment of the Site Manager:

Both projects are very demanding with regard to the required quality and terms. It is an important challenge for Ebital Engineering & Construction, and it is also very gratifying to have the opportunity to take part in a project with this level of requirements and characteristics.
